What’s fun got to do with it?

Succinctly put, FUN gets you out of your head.

There are a number of “well-researched books” that’ve come out since the pandemic about the importance of fun. (I’ve read some of them; they are not fun to read.)

Here are some of the tell-tale signs I identify in clients who have DANGEROUSLY LOW FUN LEVELS:

  • Anxiety

  • Stress

  • Lower Back Pain

  • Lower Trust in Yourself that things will work out (Yes, these last two ARE related, not just by first name, but also by ancient Chinese medicine principles, as well as new-age Louise Haye channeling.)

All of these things shifted for me once I implemented my Outrageous Fun Method.

It wasn’t just me. Clients who had come to me for money coaching, pilates, and wanting higher confidence all reported decreases in the above symptoms.

That’s what convinced me to share this method.

No matter what I was teaching, FUN was the common ingredient in my medicine.

I’ve come to see that FUN actually heals deep parts of ourselves.

Which is part of why it’s an important element of intimacy.

Intimacy is playful by nature. You need a sense of wonderment and fun to break through the boundaries we think exist between us. And fun does all that for you.

Fun gets us outside of the box; whatever box it is you are in, fun bursts through the limits of how you believe things can be.

Experts are running around yelling “REDUCE STRESS,” “GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE,” “CALM THE F DOWN.”

Maybe that F stands for FUN…one of the most natural shifts that achieves all of the above.

The next time you notice yourself
